It's a start.. my first online journal

Monday:
B: 3 egg whites, 1/4c ff cheddar, wwcc roll
L: Chickpea Spinach Burger, 2%Kraft singleton, 1/2c Edamame, t. oil, T hummus, 1/2c Cuke
D: 2 oz Talapia, 1/2c steamed broccoli, Basmati rice, t oil
S1: Blast o butter popcorn (were out of the 1pt popcorn)
S2: Arnold thin, Salmon patty (from sam's club), T kraft mayo, rf, made with olive oil
lol, guess I should call that D2 instead of S2 :P
Walk: 1hr. 40min.

Tuesday:
B: breakfast sandwhich (egg beaters, slice of canadian bacon, 1/2 slice of cheese), 3T cream of wheat
L: Tortilla, 1/4c Feta cheese, Veggies (roasted red peppers, port. mushrooms, lil spinach), lays wavy chips (only ate half)
D: 3oz Turkey Breast, 1/2c edamame, 1/2c pepper&onion mix, Brown rice, t oil
S1: Chunk light tuna, wwcc roll, T kraft rf mayo
S2: Two Philly Swirl Orange pops (14 calories each)
S3: 1pt bread, T icbinb light, T sf grape jelly
Apparently, I was a bottomless pit this day =/
Walk:1hr 30min

Wednesday:
B: wwcc sandwhich
L: Old elpaso four tortillas (2 for 5thingies), 1c pepper/onion mix, 1t oil
D: 4 oz Bottom round roast w/ gravy,1/2c edamame, 1c mashed tato, t oil
S: Blast o butter popcorn
Walk:1hr 10 min

Thursday: *crud*
B: wwcc sandwhich
S1: kroger ff cc, 1/2 c frozen mixed fruit
L: 4 oz bottom round roast w/ gravy, 1/2c aldi's mashed tato, 2t oil
D: Calif. kitchen pizza 1/2, Quaker rice crisps (carmel drizzle), red wine <--this is where it went south S2: Pep. farm garlic toast S3: more pizza
Walk: 40 min.

Friday:
B: wwcc roll sammy
S1: 1/2c ff cc, 1/2c frozen mixed fruit
S2: Spinach & cream cheese dip, Wheat thins fiber select
L: 4 oz bottom round roast, ear of corn, 6 oz red potato
D: Pizza (1/4th), 1/2c edamame, 1 smartfood popcorn cluster
Walk: nadda

Saturday:
B: 3 egg whites, 2c raw spinach, 1/3c grap tomatoes, 2T part skim mozz, t oil
L: 1c cabbage, 1/2c pepper onion mix, 1/4c carrots,1/4c ff cheddar, oil, tortillas
S: Spinach cream cheese with wheat thin fiber selects
D: Leftover cabbage and carrots on a 5 oz red potato, 1/2 ear of corn, Strawberry lightful smoothie
S2: wwcc roll breakfast sammy
Walk: nadda (it is sooo hot and i am sooo lazy -.-)

Sunday:
B: wwcc roll sammy, Strawberry bliss lightful smoothie
S1:Spinach cream cheese with Wheat thins fiber selects
L: 2 oz bottom round roast, 1/2c cabbage & carrots, 6 oz red potato
D: Subway Veggie Dlite 6 inch, 15 baked lays, 1/2c ff cc, 1/2c frozen fruit
S2: Quaker rice crisps
Wiifit: Free step, 40 min. (too hot to work the walking trail)
