So I started the day off ok (need to goto grocery and get some things but ok otherwise).
Here's brekky:

Brown fried rice with 1/4c egg sub 5
dt mtn dew 0
I went for a walk after hitting a garage sale at a neighbors house (they were icy, guess I AM as horrible as I feel!). Anyhoo paid 5$ for a silly toy my neice wanted, she was thrilled! go her =)
We did a 30ish min walk ending in a 2 min or so jog (raced her to the door!), in which she overtook me in the final moment! lol
Ended up ordering papajohns.com (i strangly lost my camera for that meal ??!?) lol.
Had 4 pieces of spinach alfredo pizza but.. have many wpa left for the week so I might be ok with the AP I've earned walking!
Went for a little walk with sis to work off some take out calories.. the worst kind of course!
Neice left with her father, kinda sad, keepin the silly toy here for her to play with when she visits... which is every few days since her mom is here lol

Food stuff from the rest of my day
Ok so after brekky, I got the nike thing to work on the page. I then went for a walk, go me!
This is lunch:
Baked buffalo chicken 5
1c lettuce 0
2T red onion 0
1c Zucchini 1
2t olive oil 2
It was pretty tasty, but I really need to make it with a milder hot sauce next time. whew!

I have had this probably 4 or 5 times in the last week or so. Great snack!

That squash just keeps giving, I have been eating the squash and tomatoes for the last few days. One of my neighbors had a bin in front of their house with free squash in it. That was a great walk! I did feel a lil silly carrying it for the rest of the walk tho! lol
For my second snack:A little boring.. definitely wish I had taken the pic on something a different color! lol
This is a chocolate chip pumpkin cookie for 1
I made up a batch awhile ago and then froze what was left and have them one at a time once in awhile.
I like them well enough to eat one, but not well enough to eat them all. This endears them to me a great deal lol.
Well that's my day of foods.
Let's hope the photo food journaling keeps me on track.
I am sorta half on the wagon.
I have being doing pretty horrible on my points lately. My sis is still here, and that's added a bit more stress to my day to day stuff. She's great, but she still smokes. I quit Oct.2nd and the smell is driving me to distraction lol. They are all over the place (or perhaps since I'm an addict it just feels that way?), and I am going sorta bonkers from it!
Here in about 10 days her online romeo is showing up to take her to texas, she's super 'cited, but it just stresses me out. Luckily my bday is the day after he arrives, maybe that will distract me from it lol. I decided that for my birthday this year I'd like to swim (that's right! in all my fleshy glory), so yesterday I went to the fashion bug and tried on several swimmy suits. I have an uneven body so it was hard to find one (bottom heavy), but finally found one that had an adjustable top! I am going to stay the night at a hotel in town and use their pool (hey I didn't say I'd strutt it at the public pool hehe).
I have however been trying to make more of an effort to walk and burn some of those extra calories. I have been trying to get my nike mini thing on here, but it isn't quite taking. Will work more on that after I get this posted. So far, I have been getting in about 2 hrs of walking a week, which I know isn't as much as I could do. Definitely will be upping that! I think I am going to try to take pics of my food to see if that helps with what I eat. I wanted to before but I have an older digi cam and it actually talks when you turn it on lol. It is far from discreet!
I also found someone in my town on sparkpeople who posted asking for a workout buddy. It is WAY out of my comfort zone but I shot her an email and asked if she'd like to do something together. Go the new "trying" Nikki! I haven't actually acquired a friend since moving here two years ago. THAT is how much of a people person I am. lol. It would seem hiding in your house and eating is NOT good for making friends. /sigh
