Today I felt pretty good, and kept on track though I was still a little under my target points =(



steel cut oats w/ strawberries & splenda - 3
2 slices of turkey bacon - 2












homemade enchiladas, from the freezer - 7.5
pico de gallo - 1









1 cup cantaloupe - 1










salmon fillet, split with boo - 2
brown rice - 3
broccoli - 1











flatout wrap -1
hummus - 1
1/2 slice of aged swiss - 1
