I let everything go. The diet, the exercise, my pants size, etc.
I am officially at my highest weight. I am once again inspired to blog in hopes of keeping me better on track.
I think it's a little silly of me that I put on weight after going vegan (no reflection of course on veganism). I am very sure all the greasy potato chips, cookies, and wine played more of a role.
I am changing the site name again. I am not sure about doing the weight watcher program right now. I cook most of our food from scratch or near it, and think homemade vegan better reflects my lifestyle.
I had a doctor's appointment yesterday, so Subway snuck into my food log.

B- tomato soup with saltines (brrr it's cold here!)
S- kale potato soup with smokey tempeh bits (from vegan on the cheap cookbook)
L- subway foot long veggie with sweet onion sauce
S- 1/2 baby seedless watermelon
D- sandwich thin, boca chkn patty, 1/2 sweet potato, spinach & mushroom salad with tsp of pumpkin seeds & tsp of evoo
S- 1/2c white beans
