August 9 & 10th

9th

Chinese buffet

Celebrating my bday today (a day early, I couldn't wait to go swimming, 90+ degrees here!).
Swam for an hour

Focacia bread from marsh ?

Swam another hour

10th (its mah bday! I am now 32..)

Had the free breakfast at the hotel. The options were a little iffy, but I tend to go what the hay.. too much and this was no exception.

I had half a croissant (split with boo) and half of an english muffin. I took the tops of both so it was less than half lol. cream cheese smeared on both. Couple bites of whole grain cheerios. Decided this whole lack of protein was a problem.
Went home made



I felt way better after that!

1/4c egg sub, 1/2 cup tomato, 1 flatout wrap

1 HUGE diet mtn dew.














For lunch I had:

Tomato & cucumber salad (with a T ken's italian dressing) 1
1 chicken sausage (al fresco brand, sundried tomato) 4
1/2c butter beans 2

Very tasty =)















Corn tortilla 1
2c lettuce 0
1/2c black beans 2
pico de galla 1

Hopefully I came off even with the eating & the added exercise/swimming. Time to get my butt back on track.

My poor lil nike mini is unhappy =(



Got my haircut uber short, for me at least, and love it! Kinda makes me feel old somehow tho, lol.




I am super sick of this camera, I am going to be bargain hunting for a different one soon!

Here is the cut, I hope I am not really that red ... pls let that just be the camera lol.

It is pretty hot here today, that's why I am sooo shiny (not sweaty, SHINY!) hehe
