It's been a pretty simple week food wise.
Since it is just Boo & me, we have leftovers from almost everything I make. I usually can get by making 3-4 dinners a week.
Our grocery trip:

5lb bag red potatoes (1.89)

tomatoes (2.29)
spaghetti squash (5.59)
stoplight bell peppers (3.99)
oatmeal cookies (1$) *Boo's dollar store impulse buy*
3 roasted red peppers (.50ea) *My dollar store impulse buy*

alfalfa sprouts (2.69)
diet mountain dew (5$)
3 bananas & 3 apples (idk, boo threw out that reciept, lol)
This week we had:Green monsters - spinach, flax seed, 1/2 banana, 4 strawberries, 1c homemade soymilk
Tofu Scramble & tempeh sausage crumbles (vwav) -onion, mushrooms, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, 1/2 red bell pepper
Okara Burgers - topped with alfalfa sprouts, spinach, tomato, onion, hummus, mustard
Taco salads - tortilla chips, spinach, fat free refried beans, avocado, pico de galloVegan Yummy Tacos (kind of blah)
Pizza - artichoke heart, sundried tomatoes, black olives, onions, spinach, spaghetti sauce
