Restarting ww (again),calcium troubles, vegan pain relief?

Aside from a junk food lunch, which I am trying to do better at, it's a good food day. For the last two days I have been tracking with a different non-ww ap. It tracks potassium, iron, calcium, vit a, vit c and all the regular stats we watch. I was curious to see how well I was doing in getting the vitamin and minerals I need. I take 1/2 of a Deva vitamin & mineral pill and once a week I take a Vitamin D pill.

I honestly thought I would be patting myself on the back after a day or so. Turns out that is not how it has gone at all. I am struggling at getting to 100% in calcium. After the first day, I thought oh ok, I will pay that more mind. The second day (today's food log), I got to the end of the night, and was at 29%? I was already done eating for the day, but I went online looking for good sources of calcium. I found a good site with calcium information. It listed blackstrap molasses, which I happen to have, so I went and had a tablespoon in some warm water. I was at 39%. Now what? =( Work in progress I guess.

So, I am visited by mother nature (haha) as I type this. It is the first big bad nasty painful one I've had since going vegan. I see that calcium helps with blood clotting etc, so I wonder if my being low on that is affecting me so negatively. I went online to find a nice safe otc pain pill to soothe my woes. Turns out it is harder than it looks. The main ingredient is fine, the additives usually not, the pill coating usually not. I saw some had went to their pharmacies to get something special made. I have only found Relief!, and wish I could find a cheaper alternative. I am ordering it mind you. Just wish I could find something at the store like regular folks.
