Food for the 30th to the 5th

August 30th:

B: steel cut oats, blueberries, flax seed
L: vegetarian chili over red potatoes
D: Tofu tahini squash
s: fruit smoothie
s2: watermelon





August 31st:

B: steel cut oats, blueberries, flax seed
L: Tofu tahini squash over basmati
D: Quinoa black bean enchilada (I made it as a casserole) with a spinach, onion, tomato salad
s: fruit smoothie
s2: clementine



Sept. 1st:
B: Red potatoes with kale and mushrooms, evoo
L: quinoa black bean casserole & tortilla strips
D: quinoa black bean casserole & tortilla strips
s: fruit smoothie


Sept. 2nd

B: 1c green beans, 1c carrots, evoo, vegan baked mac & cheese
L: easy chilaquiles with added tomato & avocado
D: crinkle cut french fries (3 servings!) *7pts*
s: watermelon & cantaloupe






Sept. 3rd
B: lite tofu, nooch, evoo, baby spinach, onion, tomato, mushroom in a tortilla
L: foot long subway veggie delight on wheat, with ff sweet onion sauce
D: boca vegan burger, spinach, mushroom, alfalfa sprouts, tomato on artisan flat bread with green beans & clementine
s: Sea salt kettle chips




Sept. 4th
B: tofu breakfast burrito
L: Easy chilaquiles
D: Brocolli, bean sprout, squash, shroom , braggs, evoo on basmati
s: fruit smoothie







Sept. 5th

L: easy chilaquiles with extra tomato (mmm)
D: Southern style gravy on biscuits
