5- I had some veggies to use up today (wish I had this problem more often), so I made up some whole wheat pasta and italian rolls. Tossed the pasta with roasted cauliflower, broccoli, snap peas, yellow bell pepper.b- ww pasta, 2t evoo, roasted veggies -6

Have so far stuck with my quit smoking, though I have been pretty tempted. It is supposed to get up to 50!!!! this weekend, so I am hoping to get a walk in before the rain comes :P
